Mambo handles
- The equipment, chosen for your floor
- Installation
- Service, including replacement in most breakdowns
- The weekly disbursement and the numbers behind it
For venues
Mambo puts arcade equipment into Ontario venues that already have guests, on a revenue share. You do not buy the machines. We install them, we keep them running, and we disburse your share of the play revenue every week.
The install
Tell us the venue, the space you can give the games, and who already comes through the door. Anywhere in Ontario is in range.
Mambo supplies the equipment, installs it, and keeps it running. If a machine goes down, we respond within 48 hours and, in most cases, replace it with a working one.
Play revenue is split under the agreement for that site. Your share is disbursed weekly. The split is not a public rate card, and it is not paid when we get around to it.
The room
Owners usually look this up as arcade revenue share, profit sharing, or free placement of arcade games. The fit is the same: a place in Ontario that already has guests, and space for driving games, redemption games, prize games, or a claw machine.
A family entertainment centre, a bar, or a bowling alley is a type of room, not a site we are claiming to run. An address goes up only when that floor is actually set.
Equipment
The lineup is specced for your floor. Driving, redemption, and prize games can all be part of it.
Commitments
Some operators use a long contract, a split that is hard to audit, and a payout that arrives only when they decide to send it. A Mambo agreement says the opposite, in three places.
01
A broken game gets a response within 48 hours. In most cases we swap in a working machine instead of leaving a dark cabinet on your floor.
02
Your revenue share is paid every week. You can see what the games earned and what your share is. The schedule does not depend on our mood.
03
The split, the length of the deal, and the way the payout is calculated are in the agreement before you sign. There is no second set of numbers.
Before you sign
Mambo supplies the equipment, installs it in an Ontario venue that already has guests, and keeps it running. Play revenue is shared under that venue’s agreement. You do not buy the machines. The split, the term, and the weekly payout are written down before anyone signs.
No. On a revenue-share floor you do not purchase or lease the equipment. Mambo supplies the driving games, redemption games, prize games, and claw machines. You keep the room and the guests you already have.
The split, the length of the agreement, and how the payout is calculated are set per venue and written into the agreement before a game is installed.
Every week. The disbursement is part of the agreement. It is not sent only when the operator decides to.
Mambo responds within 48 hours. In most cases the down machine is replaced with a working one, so the spot is not empty while a part is on order. The replacement is a working machine, not a brand-new game.
Mambo does. Capsule prizes, plush, and small, medium, and large prizes are provided at no cost to the venue. Bigger prizes are an exception. Some venues also receive a prize hub once sales pass a threshold.
Ontario venues that already have guests: bars and restaurants, family entertainment centres, bowling alleys, movie theatres, hotels, and similar attractions. Cities named on this site are the range we will talk about, not open locations.
Use the form on the contact page. That is how a note reaches us. There is no public email address on the site.
No. A partner floor is your venue with Mambo equipment on a revenue share. Mambo Arcade is a room Mambo runs itself. Neither one is a franchise.

Coming soon
Custom plush is coming soon. It is not something we can put on a floor today.
When it is ready, the prize can carry your logo, a mascot your guests already know, or the two together. People will leave with something that belongs to your venue.
